We’re hiring an Organic Content Creator to join the team behind some of the most viral car giveaway campaigns on the internet. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position based in Utah.

We’re looking for a performance-driven storyteller who’s confident both on camera and behind it. Someone who can plan, film, and edit video organic content that not only grab attention but delivers value.

You’ll create Organic Content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, working closely with our marketing and media teams to test hooks, track performance, and scale what works. Your content won’t just entertain, it will inspire millions to believe they could be the next person behind the wheel of their dream car.

Role:

Your job is to make the internet care.

You’ll concept, storyboard, film, and edit short-form organic content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more — content that builds trust, grows community, tells meaningful stories, and makes people feel something.

Not ads.

Not polished commercials.

Real, raw, scroll-stopping content that feels native to the feed.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing + Media teams to develop content pillars, launch series, test new formats, ride cultural moments, and create shareable content that brings people deeper into the brand and the dream of winning their dream car.

You’re comfortable on-camera.
You can host, narrate, or guide a story. You don’t have to be a loud personality — just real and confident.

A hook, a payoff, pacing, energy, humor, emotional rhythm — you know how to create moments.

You can edit with personality.
You’re fluent in CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or mobile apps. You know how to cut for velocity, mood, and attention.

You think in series, not one-offs.
You understand how to create repeatable content formats, not just one viral hit.

You move fast.
You can shoot, edit, iterate, and ship content daily — without overthinking it.

You’re collaborative, but self-led.
You can work with direction, but you don’t need to be micromanaged.

The Results You Bring:

Create scroll-stopping Organic Content
Concept, script, and produce 2–3 Organic short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube that are built to stop thumbs and drive value.

Stay ahead of ad trends
Watch what’s working across the eCommerce, automotive, and creator spaces and then adapt and test new ideas that keep our ads feeling fresh and competitive.

Edit with a marketer’s eye
Cut videos not just for style, but for performance. You know how to optimize hooks, pacing, captions, and CTAs to grab attention in the first second and hold it.

Test, analyze, optimize, repeat
Monitor creative performance daily, share insights with the team, and make fast adjustments based on data. If something works, you double down. If it doesn’t, you pivot fast.

Craft story-driven Content
Turn raw footage, testimonials, or UGC into emotionally charged stories.

Pitch and plan new ad concepts
Bring new bold ideas to the table.

Own your numbers
You understand the metrics that matter: CTR, thumb-stop ratio, hook rate, view-through, — and you’re driven to improve them week over week.

Stay organized and efficient
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, track creative testing calendars, and keep everything labeled and accessible for the team.

Leverage AI and automation
Use AI tools to streamline your editing and concepting process, helping you produce more, faster, and smarter.

Evolve our ad library
Continuously refresh 80Eighty’s ad bank with new hooks, stories, formats, and styles to keep performance sharp and fatigue low.

About the role

A content creator is a key member of the marketing and creative team responsible for designing, producing, and editing video advertisements/content that effectively communicate our brand's message to its target audience. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling, technical skills and an understanding of marketing principles to create engaging and persuasive video content.

Requirements

- Full-time - in house (Not Remote)
- Comfortable being on camera
- Experience with videography and editing software
- Create and produce new video ideas from scratch
- Self-learner mentality

- Concept development, scriptwriting, editing and optimization
